Our first stop after landing in Berlin was a visit to the Reichstag. We went to the roof and had this view of the city.

Stairway to Rathaus (City Hall). Schwenkfelders went to this Rathaus to ask permission to reside in the city after fleeing from Harpersdorf and other Schwenkfelder villages.

Our first stop in Poland. Ruins of former convent at Naumburg an der Queiss. Caspar Schwenckfeld presented a lecture to the nuns here in 1523.

Soon after leaving the convent in Novogrodziek, we arrived at an inn just outside of Kruszyn not far from Boleslawiec for our first meal in Poland.
