Registration Information for School Programming

All field trips cost $2 per student for grades K-12. Field trip programs are developed within a one and a half hour time frame.  Payment is non refundable, and can be sent before or received at the time of your visit. All programs are designed to fit within the Pennsylvania State Academic Standards.

To register for school programs:

1.) Call the Heritage Center at 215- 679-3103 or email at info@schwenkfelder.com to reserve a date and time.
2.) Select the program you would like your students to attend.
3.)Inform us of the number of students and if you would like to reserve the meeting room for lunch before or after the program.
4.) Our educator will send you forms for confirmation in hardcopy or electronic format. Please send these back before your day of program.

K-8 Invite the Educator to the Classroom

Many of the programs listed can be adapted for classroom use; if you are interested in having our educator visit your classroom, please contact us at 215 679 3103.
The average cost of the educator to come to your classroom is $1.00/student.

Pre and Post Visit Materials to Use Before and After Your Visit:

For no additional charge, per request, teachers will receive accompanying materials if they have registered for a program.  Pre and post visit materials are sent out to teachers approximately two weeks before their arrival and are to be returned to the museum within a two week period following their museum visit.
